Reservation, delay, extension and cancellation policy for our workshops

By making a reservation for one of Madame Germaine's workshops, you, as well as the participants in your group, are deemed to agree to all the conditions described in the Registration and Cancellation Policy for our workshops.

BOOKING

Private group at Madame Germaine home

  • A minimum of 8 participants is required (or will be minimally charged, if fewer than 8 participants show up on the day of the workshop).

  • A time slot is officially reserved from payment of the deposit in the boutique on Madame Germaine's website.

  • Variable package depending on the number of people.

Private group at your home

  • A minimum of 10 participants is required (or will be minimally charged, if fewer than 10 participants show up on the day of the workshop).

  • A time slot is officially reserved from payment of the deposit in the boutique on Madame Germaine's website.

  • Variable package depending on the number of people.

Groups open to all (online or in person)

  • A place is officially reserved upon full payment in the boutique on Madame Germaine's website.

PRICING

Private group at Madame Germaine home or at your home

  • The cost per participant varies depending on the number of participants (details in the website store)

  • Prices displayed are before taxes

  • Tip is extra

  • The invoice must be paid in full within 5 days following the date of the workshop. Interest of 2% per month (26.82% annually) will be charged on the overdue amount.

DELAY OR EXTENSION

DELAYED START

  • The proper functioning of the workshops relies on punctuality. A fee of 10% of the total value will be added to your invoice if the workshop starts 30 to 60 minutes late. A fee of 20% of the total value will be added to your invoice if the workshop starts more than 60 minutes late.

  • A workshop that begins more than 60 minutes late may have to be shortened (without compensation) if it causes a scheduling conflict with any other planned event.

EXTENDED DURATION

  • Private groups at Madame Germaine's or at your home last 150 or 240 minutes (2.5 or 4 hours) depending on the package chosen. Exceeding the scheduled duration will be billed at the rate of $75/hour.

CANCELATION

Private group at Madame Germaine home or at your home

Cancellation of an individual

  • Cancellation within 72 hours before reservation: the workshop is payable, but may be exchanged for another workshop of the same value, depending on availability, for one year following cancellation.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours before the reservation: the workshop is payable in full.

Cancellation of Whole group

  • Cancellation 20 days before the event: You will be charged 25% of the expected invoiced amount.

  • Cancellation 9 days before the event: You will be charged 50% of the expected invoiced amount.

  • Cancellation within the 72 hours before the event: You will be charged 75% of the expected invoiced amount.

Groups open to all (online or in person)

  • Cancellation one week before the reservation: the workshop is payable, but may be exchanged for another workshop of the same value, depending on availability, for 6 months following cancellation. (credit).
  • Cancellation within 72 hours before the reservation: the workshop is payable in full (no credit).

Madame Germaine occasionally reviews her policies and procedures. Therefore, it may modify, without notice, the Reservation, delay, extension and cancellation policy for our workshops.
