Decadent blueberry-chocolate tart

Worthy of an improvisation by Germaine!! How good is this pie (and so easy to make!)

1 crust of shortcrust pastry (see the recipe below from my French friend Aurélie's grandmother), cooked and cooled

2 tbsp. butter

1 1/2 cups of cream

Dark Chocolate

Blueberries

 

In a cauldron, over low heat, melt the butter in the cream. Add dark chocolate, stirring slowly, to obtain a thick and smooth chocolate texture.

Spread into the pastry. Cover with blueberries and refrigerate 30 minutes (or more) before serving!!
