Dewi salad in Bali
For me, this salad represents everything about Bali. It's naturally beautiful and it tastes like heaven!
It was surely Dewi's welcome and smile. But also his food. On her home cooking menu, as many choices as in a large restaurant. A huge variety. And what about the flavors. I had read that she cooks well before booking this short stay. But honestly, I didn't expect so much.
All the meals I have eaten there have been beyond delicious. I couldn't reproduce them all. I don't know all his secrets. But she was kind enough to tell me what she put in this salad that tasted like heaven. A real breath of fresh air, in all simplicity.
