Summer has finally arrived and it makes me wanna eat … burgers on the barbecue! And as I received a magnificent gift basket from Maison Orphée, with a multitude of wonderful products to test, here is my version of a burgers that is out of the ordinary …

Get inspired to make your own version!

For 4 meatballs:

500 g ground pork

4 green onions, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

1 T spoon spicy maple mustard from Maison Orphée

1 meaux mustard

3 T spoon fresh basil, chopped

1 T spoon basil olive oil from Maison Orphée

1 T spoon honey

1 T spoon Worcestershire sauce

1 T spoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper

For the toppings:


Spicy maple mustard from Maison Orphée

Boston Lettuce

Cucumber, tomato and radish slices

Chopped mint

Basil olive oil from Maison Orphée

I used store-bought naan rolls which I coated with basil olive oil and then toasted.

Cook your meatballs until the meat is cooked through, then add your garnishes to your bread. Then try to eat elegantly! 🙂
